Orting, WA
Pastor Dale Gore
Our visit to Orting Baptist was very exciting! Tyler Huggins, a music major at Crown, accepted Christ as his Savior and was taught piano by one the members. We were very surprised when Pastor Gore asked us to perform a few skits in the evening service. We were so glad to have Julianna with us! As a former Mount Moriah Camp staff member, she was full of good ideas. All of the girls have been blessed with a great sense of humor and we not only made our audience laugh a lot, but we kept ourselves laughing also. After singing, testifying, and preaching, we did some fun skits and even got some of the congregation involved. The atmosphere of the church was happy and friendly. After the service, people were very talkative and truly made us feel at home. Thank you, to the Pastor and church family for inviting us to "serve the Lord with gladness" along with you.
Having fun with some skits:

Tyler was just with us yesterday at Echo Ridge and told us that you had been in his church. He did a mini concert after the service and the people loved it. Had a good week end, thought about last years 4th in SD, Mt Rushmore and fireworks at the ranch. Just got off the phone with my dad and he is going in to the doctor today to see about a artitary in his neck that is 70% blocked. We are all quite concerned about it because of his age and the possibility of another stroke. He is looking forwaard to seeing you girls in July.
ReplyDeleteSorry to hear about Grandpa Dustman's blocked artery. We'll be praying extra for him. I'm looking forward to seeing him too ;) Hope you are doing well with your treatments. I thought about last year, too. Like when I shot off that firework and it hit Jack's house...that was not good...but it sure was a fun night. Give Mrs. Dustman my love,
